Of course player can stop spinning … WebObviously a very longstanding bug. If you use a pad with this game, you know the drill: Hold down LB in third person and you can move the camera in/out (up/down) or rotate it left/right. Problem is the camera rotation is one speed only, regardless of how far you push the analog stick, and that one speed is roughly one revolution every 13 seconds.

WebJul 25, 2013 · I think Fallout New Vegas's 3PV camera was worse. I think you couldn't extend your distance far enough. I remember using a mod that allowed me to do that.
